1. Return EligibilityReturns are accepted only if the product arrives in a damaged condition.

  • In certain exceptional cases, we may consider a return on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
  • Returns for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size/color preference, buyer’s remorse, etc.) are not accepted.

2. TimeframeYou must notify us of any damage within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us immediately upon discovering damage.
  2. Provide the following:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged product and its original packaging
    • A brief description of the damage
  3. We will review your request and reply with an approval or denial decision within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Important: Do not ship the item back until you receive our written approval.4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • You (the customer) are fully responsible for return shipping costs, including any packaging, insurance, and tracking fees.
  • Free shipping is not applicable to returns. Even if your original order qualified for Japan-wide free shipping (日本全国送料無料), you must pay to ship the item back to us.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage (or case-by-case eligibility) through inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will cover the product price minus shipping costs only.
  • Original shipping charges (even if free) are not refunded.
  • Refunds are usually issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable ItemsThe following are not eligible for return or refund (except in rare approved case-by-case situations):

  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered beyond the reported damage
  • Products that are no longer in original condition due to customer handling
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items (if any)

7. Final Notes
